Webber Singles 2017 (Schedule revised May 12, 2017)
If you are unable to make your game please notify both your opponent and marker, at least one week in advance. Games, not played should be rearranged for either the week ahead or week after the absence whenever possible. Games will be forfeit to your opponent if no such notice is given, and where games are not replayed before the end of the tournament one point will be awarded to each team with no match points.
Game points will be awarded, 3 points for a win and none for a loss.
The tournament winner will be the player to achieve the highest number of game points and in the event of a tie the game between the two players will count as the overriding factor. If the tie is between more than 2 players, the player with the highest spread of match points scored shall be the winner.
The winner of each game will be the first player to reach 13 points In the event of a burned end the marker will respot the jack in the middle of the rink and 2 meters from the ditch.
There will be no Webber event on the week of June 8th, as Parksville Challenge that day.
Entry fee for this tournament is $3.00 per person.
The asterist (*) beside the marker name indicates the marker may not be available that day.
